Simple but very effective neck and shoulder stretches.
Simple but very effective neck and shoulder stretches.
Are you trying to relieve stress by exercising but do not have enough money or time to afford to go to a gym? There are some basic techniques that you can follow which will cost you absolutely nothing except a few minutes of your time each day.

Find a good place to sit and make sure it is comfortable. Try to wear clothes that are not too tightly fitting. Here goes:

- Begin with your right foot (your shoes should be off) and make round circular motions. Do about 25 repetitions with each foot.
•- Next, straighten your legs out and then bend them. Do this for about 25 repetitions with each leg.
•- Now it is time to work with your wrists. Begin making circular motions with each of your wrists doing so for about 25 repetitions.
•- Finally, you will work with you head and neck. Start with making circular motions first going to the right and then to the left. Do this for 25 repetitions each way.
•- When you have completed this set of exercises, just remain sitting for a few minutes. As you take some deep breaths, pull in deeply and then slowly breathe out. Do this for approximately 5 minutes.

These exercises will seem very easy and simple to do but just give them a try and you will find that they are great stress relievers. When you can do the above exercises comfortably with 25 repetitions, then gradually work up to where you can do 50 reps at a time.
